This year's Bite Week Chef’s Dinners take you far and wide. Each dinner offers unique experiences. At the peak of early summer we invite you to travel close to home to a farm and vineyard not generally accessible to the public, as well as to Redmond, where the best Caribbean food in Central Oregon is to be found. And close to home Currents, one of the most beautifully sited restaurants in town gives their new chef a chance to strut his skills.
