Rainshadow Organics is hosting a truly authentic farm-to-table dinner as part of Bite Week. Culinary masters Rebecca Sokol of Rainshadow Organics and Wendy DiPaolo of Willow Camp Catering are collaborating to serve up a hearty gourmet meal prepared entirely from this highly diverse organic farm.
Expect a 45-minute drive from Bend. Be sure to wear comfortable shoes for an optional garden tour accompanied with wine and passed appetizers. Enjoy live music while eating food right where it's grown. Bring warm layers for sundown.
Silver Moon Brewing, the third oldest brewery in Bend, takes pride in brewing stellar, balanced beers. No overly-bitter hop bombs here! Just an array of deliciously balanced hops, malt, water and yeast. The newly renovated downtown-ish pub has a comfy, locals feel featuring a friendly, knowledgable staff, traditional pub fare and features handmade accents from local artisans.
