Join Michelle Morris, founder and owner of Kindred Creative Kitchen, for chocolate tasting and bon bons. Learn how to temper chocolate for molds, make a hazelnut ganache and place finishing decorative flourishes on Bon Bons. Opportunities for hands-on training at different points in class. As a former instructor at Cascade Culinary Institute, this is a specialty of Morris's—students will leave with recipes and insider tips on successfully working with chocolate.
This class is appropriate to bring a child age 10 or older. Or you can just bring your inner child if that’s more appropriate!
