Deschutes County Fair & Rodeo Shuttle Bus

• This purchase is good for (1) one round trip seat on Bend's Party Bus Shuttle, valid for one day only. (For example, If you attend the Fair each day you need to purchase a ticket for each day).
• Each person riding the Shuttle must have a purchased seat. Children riding on laps do not need tickets (up to 2 years old). 
• Storage is available below the Bus for strollers and bags if needed. 
• The Shuttle travels to and from the Deschutes County Fairgrounds in Redmond thru the Main Fair Entrance and as close to the front as possible and returns you to the designated departure location in Bend. 
• Pick up/drop off location: NE Bend River Mall Avenue, Near Macy's *subject to change. If so you will be notified by email.
• THE RETURN RIDE IS FIRST COME FIRST SERVED. And starts at:  
• 3:45 pm, 5:15 pm, 6:45 pm, 8:15 pm, 9:30 pm, 9:45 pm, 11:00 pm, 11:15 pm, 11:30 pm and 12:45 am. Return times may vary due to traffic, we recommend leaving the Fair earlier than later.  
• When you arrive at the departure location you will check in with the driver by your First and Last Name. There is no downloaded ticket. Once paid, your receipt is your confirmation.
• As you exit the bus at the Fair the driver will hand you a ticket(s) to present back to the driver before you get back on the return Shuttle for however many seats you purchased.

* Tickets are Non-Refundable. No Refunds will be Issued. We cannot accommodate no shows, emergencies or changed plans. 

Seating is limited. Tickets must be purchased online in advance. You are not required to ride both ways however the price is the same. If you miss the Shuttle you purchased you may only catch one of the next scheduled shuttles if space is available at that time. We plan to sell out quickly so plan accordingly. Our system does not allow seats to be changed or switched once purchased. 

• Parking is at your own risk and we encourage being dropped off at the departure location.
