I’m Mara, a sound practitioner, spoken word poet, and multimedia specialist blending music, movement, and creative expression to shake things loose and spark real change.
Through 1:1 sessions, high-energy group experiences, and custom private events, I design immersive spaces that hit the nervous system, crack the heart open, and wake the senses up. From retreats and festivals to intimate, floor-melting sound baths, my work moves between bold activation and deep restoration, always intentional, never boring.
I approach sound like an art form and a rebellion: playful, poetic, and powerful enough to reroute old patterns and open new pathways for emotional, mental, and physical well-being. Expect honesty, humor, and permission to take up space.
